  • Mobile Phone Numbers for Messaging Services: We specifically collect mobile phone numbers when individuals explicitly opt-in to receive communications from us via SMS/text message.

    • Human Resources Management: Managing recruitment, employment contracts, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, training, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.

    • To send transactional messages, work order and job allocations, service updates, appointment reminders, or promotional communications that you have explicitly consented to receive via SMS/text message.
